In 2006, I played Maxie in "It's a Scream". This was a side-splitting
comedy with a ghostly twist. This was the first production I was in that I
also designed and engineered all the sound effects. Talk about a busy time,
but I just loved it.
One big challenge was the physical comedy, which I was a bit nervous about, but
under the direction of Wanda Furrow, she put me at ease and taught me an awful lot
about using your body to make an audience laugh.
The small ensemble cast was a joy and I got to act with Sharon Mullen who directed
me in "The Rocky Horror Show". |
